Dolphin Living welcomed Matthew Lamb as its new Development Director in May 2024. In the role, he will oversee the business's development strategy, particularly focusing on the delivery of affordable high-quality homes for working Londoners.
Matthew joins Dolphin Living with a wealth of experience in the residential sector having worked for over 17 years with some of London's most pioneering developers. He joins from affordable housing developer Pocket Living, where he was responsible for the planning and delivery of the developer's unique 1 bed 1 person discount market sale housing, and their first major Built to Rent scheme, Atlas Wharf, consisting of 457 homes for rent in Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC).
Prior to working at Pocket Living, Matthew worked for Build to Rent provider Essential Living and CBRE in their Project Management team.
