As a charity we provide support in the right way, to the right people: high-quality homes at a discount to market rent, offering long-term stability to our residents.

What is Intermediate rent?
Intermediate rent homes are designed to give working Londoners access to affordable, good-quality housing close to where they work. These homes provide a discount to market rent, helping people stay connected to their jobs, families, and communities in London.
The affordable rent has made a significant difference in my life. But that combined with the amazing location and service of the organisation truly leaves me unable to relate with many of the experiences I hear from my friends and colleagues in regards to renting in London.
