Paul’s appointment to the Board demonstrates Dolphin’s commitment to strategic asset management for the benefit of current and future occupiers. Paul has worked at TT Group (Telereal Trillium), one of the UK’s largest privately owned, property investment and development firms, for over 25 years. As Director – Real Estate at the business, he is an expert in asset management, property investment, valuation and corporate real estate. Paul started his career working in Royal Mail's asset management team and is also a Patron of LandAid, the property industry's charity.

Jason brings over 30 years’ experience in funding and treasury to the Board. Currently Managing Partner of Liverpool Street Capital Advisors, a City-based corporate finance advisory firm, Jason advises on investment grade residential and commercial property transactions in both public and private finance markets. Previous roles include CEO at Halsbury Homes, Head of Financing Advisory at Investec, Head of Refinancing & Restructuring at Portland and Partner, Co-Head of Debt Advisory at PwC. Jason has sat on risk and credit committees and has previously provided written and oral testimony as an expert witness.

In addition to the appointments of Paul and Jason, Dolphin has appointed Katherine Russell to the Acquisition, Finance and Development Finance Committee and Janice White to the Operations Committee. As Director of Build to Rent, leading one of the most significant new ventures for the John Lewis Partnership since the 1950s and previously headed up the group real estate portfolio (worth c£2.5bn), Katherine brings invaluable experience and insight to the Committee, particularly in growth, acquisition, capital investment and driving value.

Janice is an experienced performance specialist with an extensive history of working in the non-profit sector. As Head of Repairs at Estuary Housing Association, Janice has been at the fore of providing well-built, well-maintained homes to the people who need it most, something which aligns with Dolphin’s purpose. Prior to Estuary Housing Group, Janice worked for Thurrock Council and Southend Borough Council, driving their housing strategy.

Olivia Harris, Chief Executive of Dolphin Living, said:

At Dolphin Living, we are committed to providing homes for working Londoners on modest incomes. These appointments to the Board and Committees bring the full scope of expertise to match our ambition to deliver top level customer service while growing our portfolio and increasing the number of people we support.

Andrew Giblin, Chair of the Board, said:

We welcome the financial and operational expertise that Paul and Jason will bring to the Dolphin Board and look forward to the insight that Katherine and Janice will bring to our Committee meetings. It has never been so important to provide affordable housing for key workers in London and it is an honour to work with a team so committed to its delivery.

The appointments come at an important time for Dolphin as it looks to accommodate the increasing demand for affordable housing for London’s key workers near to their places of work, both by maintaining its 800-home portfolio and delivering new residences. The charity’s strategy further prioritises upholding a high level of customer satisfaction, including health and safety requirements, streamlining its approach to repairs, and utilising technology to improve the customer experience.
