How we allocate apartments

The following criteria will be used to prioritise applications:

  1. Existing local authority or Housing Association tenants within the London Borough of Lambeth who are in full time employment;
  2. Those registered on the local authority priority waiting list and who are in full time employment;
  3. Residents in the London Borough of Lambeth who are employed in the London Borough of the City of Westminster ;
  4. Residents of the London Borough of the City of Westminster who are employed in the London Borough of Lambeth;
  5. Any other Resident of either the London Borough of Lambeth or the London Borough of the City of Westminster who are in full time employment;
  6. Other households not falling within any of the above categories, but who require affordable rented accommodation and who would not otherwise be able to afford adequate housing generally available on the open market.

What happens next

We will market the available properties through Homeownership Westminster and if you have expressed an interest in a certain property then they will contact you to see if you wish to book a viewing.
