The building includes a ground floor retail space and a basement restaurant, as well as a communal roof terrace. This is a highly sustainable scheme, achieving Code 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. The development was completed in early 2016.

How we allocate apartments

We use the following criteria to prioritise applications based on need:

  1. Those living in social housing or on the council waiting housing waiting list within Westminster
  2. Those who have been living in Westminster for at least 12 months
  3. Those who have been working within Westminster for at least 12 months
