We partnered with Barratt Homes to provide a development of 78 apartments (65 intermediate rent and 13 private) in Broadwick Street. The building includes a ground floor retail space and a basement restaurant, as well as a communal roof terrace. This is a highly sustainable scheme, achieving Code 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. The development was completed in early 2016.
