Lanark Road, Maida Vale

New Era, Hoxton
New Era is an existing, 1930s built , housing estate in Hoxton, Hackney. Dolphin Living acquired the estate in December 2014 and have begun improvements and and have put in place a new management regime which includes pegging rents to occupiers’ ability to pay. The Estate includes 12 shops and actor, comedian and social campaigner Russell Brand has opened a cafe there which is being run by local people.
2 Kennington Lane, Lambeth
A development of 73 rental apartments on the corner of Kennington Lane and Newington Butts in Lambeth.
The scheme received planning approval in 2014, and was completed in late 2016. The scheme is highly sustainable, achieving Code 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, and residents have access to a communal garden and landscaped roof top terrace.
7 Thorney Street, Westminster
Located moments from the River Thames, between St John’s Church in Smith Square and Tate Britain on Millbank, this development brings 67 high quality affordable residential units to the area. Construction was completed in Autumn 2016.
2 Hopkins Street, Westminster
We have partnered with Barratt Homes to provide a development of 78 apartments (65 intermediate rent and 13 private) in Broadwick Street. The building includes a ground floor retail space and a basement restaurant, as well as a communal roof terrace. It is a highly sustainable scheme, achieving Code 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. Construction was completed at the beginning of 2016.

Dolphin Living acquired 77 intermediate apartments for rent in a landmark building within the Kings Cross Regeneration Project. The building is 5 minutes walk from the Kings Cross transport hub and residents have immediate access to all the new local amenities.
