Dolphin Living: Coronavirus (COVID-19) Services Update

Dolphin Living is taking steps to maintain services as best we can to help keep residents, contractors and colleagues safe during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

We are working hard to maintain normal services wherever possible, especially supporting older and vulnerable residents during this difficult time. However, we have had to make some adjustments to our usual practices to comply with Government guidance, which means that we have made some changes to our normal services.

Works that are not classified as emergency or related to health and safety will not be carried out at the current time. As soon as we can recommence this work we will do so. We will continue to receive repair and maintenance issues so that they can be actioned when full repair services can resume.

Please continue to visit this section of our website and the website of our Managing Agent, Touchstone, for the latest information on the precautions we are taking and information about any changes to our services during this time.

Dolphin Living would also like to reassure residents that we are committed to protecting residents who are unable to work due to Coronavirus and Touchstone are available to advise on the Government’s financial support guidance at this difficult time.

We are grateful to your patience during this time and will endeavour to continue services wherever possible in accordance with official health rules. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding.

  • Limit contact with other people
  • Keep your distance if you go out (2 metres apart where possible)
  • Wash your hands regularly

Do not leave home if you or anyone in your household has symptoms.

Please also be aware that there is new Government advice on home moving during the Coronavirus outbreak. This guidance applies to people buying or selling private residential homes that they intend to live in.
