Dolphin Living: Coronavirus (COVID-19) Services Update
Dolphin Living is taking steps to maintain services as best we can to help keep residents, contractors and colleagues safe during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
We continue to follow Government guidance and comply to the three tier system; whilst London is Tier 2 travel is still allowed for business reasons so contractors can continue to work. All emergency and health and saftey works will be prioritised at this current time. Other maintenance and repairs issues will be carried out on a priority cascade. All our contractors will wear PPE whilst in your homes.
Please continue to visit this section of our website and the website of our Managing Agent, Touchstone, for the latest information on the precautions we are taking and information about any changes to our services during this time.
Dolphin Living would also like to reassure residents that we are committed to protecting residents who are unable to work due to Coronavirus and Touchstone are available to advise on the Government’s financial support guidance at this difficult time.
We are grateful to your patience during this time and will endeavour to continue services wherever possible in accordance with official health rules. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding.
